The Egyptians

The children enlarged drawings of egyptian gods using the grid system.
They then reduced their drawings and traced their images onto smaller pieces of foil.
This image is then turned over and coloured in with permanent markers. The results were astounding.
They also made hieorglyphics using wire shaped and buried beneath layers of tissue – then painted gold. this was a totally exciting and engaging project.
